Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time
Failure to meet the cancellation period will result in a 90% cancellation fee for any cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours you’ll be charged a fee of $50
If you are turned away at your appointment for any reason you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Reasons you may be turned away include signs of fever, cough, head lice, eye
infections or any other potential contagions.
For any no shows you will be banned from future bookings and charged for 90% of your intended service
If you are 10 minutes late with or without notice you will be charged a penalty fee of $15 on top of service charges
